Ayodele Olasiji, known as Ayo, is the founder of Optimax LLC, a U.S. company working across commercial business brokerage, real estate and AI automation. He started Optimax from scratch in 2023.
On the brokerage side, Ayodele works on the buyer's side of commercial deals, connecting operators and investors with gas stations, convenience stores, laundromats, car washes, hotels and multifamily assets across the United States.
On the technology side, he builds AI systems that run deal operations end to end, from sourcing and buyer matching to follow up, and is developing a product that lets businesses use AI the way Optimax runs.
