Questions owners ask
Is the equipment supplier part of Optimax?
No. The supplier is an independent company. If you buy equipment through our introduction, the supplier pays Optimax a referral fee. You pay Optimax nothing for the introduction.
Do you cover my area?
Tell us where the wash is. We check whether the supplier or the operator covers it before anyone calls you, and we tell you if they do not.
How does leasing out a car wash work?
An operator leases the site and equipment, runs the wash, and pays you rent under a written lease. Rent, length, and who repairs and replaces the equipment are agreed between you and the operator. Any Optimax fee on a lease is agreed with you in writing first.
What does selling through Optimax cost?
3% of the sale price, paid at closing, with a $25,000 minimum. Nothing upfront, and nothing at all if it does not sell. Buyers also pay Optimax a fee under their own agreement, and both sides are told in writing.
Will you share my details?
Only with the one company you choose, and only after you say yes.
