What does it cost to sell through Optimax?
3% of the sale price, paid at closing, with a $25,000 minimum. Nothing upfront, and nothing at all if it does not sell.
Is Optimax the buyer?
No. Optimax Commercial is a brokerage. We bring your car wash to buyers who signed our confidentiality agreement. Buyers also pay Optimax a fee under their own agreement, and both sides are told in writing.
Will my staff or customers find out?
Not from us. There is no public listing and no sign. Buyers sign a confidentiality agreement before they learn which car wash it is.
