3% at closing. $25,000 minimum. Nothing upfront, and nothing at all if it does not sell.

A call back in one business day. From Ayo, not a call center.
How a private sale works
Tell us the basics.
Ten minutes on the phone: where the gas station is, what it earns and whether the real estate is included.
We take it to buyers, privately.
Only buyers who signed our confidentiality agreement hear about it. Your address goes out only after a buyer signs our fee agreement.
You choose.
You see every offer and decide. Nothing binds you until you sign a purchase agreement.
What a buyer will ask about your gas station
You do not need any of this to call us. Having it ready gets you to a real offer faster.
- Monthly fuel gallons and your margin per gallon
- Inside store sales by month
- Your fuel supply agreement and brand
- Whether you own the land or lease it, and the lease terms
- Tank age and any environmental reports
Questions owners ask
What does it cost to sell through Optimax?
3% of the sale price, paid at closing, with a $25,000 minimum. Nothing upfront, and nothing at all if it does not sell.
Is Optimax the buyer?
No. Optimax Commercial is a brokerage. We bring your gas station to buyers who signed our confidentiality agreement. Buyers also pay Optimax a fee under their own agreement, and both sides are told in writing.
Will my staff or customers find out?
Not from us. There is no public listing and no sign. Buyers sign a confidentiality agreement before they learn which gas station it is.
My property is already listed with a broker. Can you help?
Yes. Ask your broker to contact us. We work alongside listing brokers.
Where do you work?
Across the United States.
